How can we use the Internet to help us against natural disasters

Our Guiding question is: How can we use the Internet to help us against natural disasters?
Well the Internet has loads of sites on how we can protect ourselves from natural disasters. You can go on any search engine (I suggest google) and search on these sites. You can type, How to defend ourselves from hurricanes? on google and will come up with 1, 030,000 pages about this topic. The first link might not be what you are looking for, but keep going on. In this case they do give info about this topic. Click here for the first link. This site shows us what FEMA offered for us about defending ourselves from hurricanes.

The Design Cycle II

This is my second blog post about The Design Cycle. In this I will explain in more detail about the 4 stages of this. These 4 are Investigation, Plan, Create, Evaluate. In the Investigate section are supposed to Identify the problem, Develop the design brief, and Formulate a design specification. The Design Brief is where you briefly describe what you are going to do. The design specification is a rough draft of the plan you are going to do. Now lets move on to the plan. In the plan, you must design a solution to your problem and also you must plan on how you are going to do it. In the Create section, you must create what you have planned. You have to use appropriate techniques and equipment. Also you have to follow the plan. In the Evaluation section, you have to grade and write a reflection of your overall project. You also evaluate over how well you used the design cycle.
This is my blog post about the design cycle.

The Design the Cycle

The Design Cycle is a MYP technology is a way of organizing projects. There are 4 parts of this cycle, Investigate, Plan, Create and Evaluate. Investigation, is where you identify what you are going to do. Plan, is where you plan your work. Create is where you follow the plan you made and Evaluation, is where you grad the project and look over it, as well as evaluate the work.
